Chapter membership is open to all, and our annual fee is $10.00. We rely on your annual dues submissions to enable us to continue honoring these outstanding sports celebrities, so please choose either to become a first-time member or to renew your current membership by completing and mailing the form that appears on the opposite page in this program, along with your check made out to “Western Chapter”.
